Where can I find my account information?

All of your account information is displayed in the 'My Account' section of the site. To find this section please click on the 'My Account' link in the top right corner of the site. Alternatively, you can access this area via your personal homepage.

How secure is my account information?

How do I update my account information?

Go to 'My Account' where you will find all of your details listed. Simply change the fields you need to and click the 'Save' button. Your information has now been updated.

How do I log in to Clements Theory?

The 'Login' link appears in the top nav of the site. This will take you to the login page. Enter your email address and the password you chose when registering (these will appear in your welcome email). Click the 'Login' button. You are now logged in to the Clements Theory site.

How do I change my password?

Go to the 'My Account' section where you will find your password listed. Simply change your password in the correct field and click the 'Save' button. Your password has now been changed.

Please remember that your password should be at least 6 characters long.

What do I do if I have forgotten my password?

Go to the login page and click on the 'Forgotten my password' link. Follow the instructions to enter your email address and click on the 'Send reminder' button. We'll then send you a reminder email containing your password.

How do I log out of Clements Theory?

Click on the 'Log out' link located in the top right corner of the logged in site.

Why do I have to log out?

We encourage you to log out when you have finished your session to maintain security. You should always log out if you use a shared computer.
